mission & Values

Mission

Our mission is to be a customer focused company providing custom quality structures in less time, while reducing our footprint and increasing sustainability.

Standards

We are constantly looking for ways to evolve and raise our standards. We approach everything we do with purpose and intentionality.

Priorities

We place a priority on seeking out cutting edge opportunities and achieving a higher standard, despite the ease of lesser possibilities.

What Sets Us Apart?

While other companies use innovation and sustainability as buzzwords, and mere options to some of their primary products, we offer sustainably harvested mass timber and wood products.

Showcasing our intention and commitment to having innovation and sustainability as the forefront of our business practices, we are pioneering new ways to build our structures, utilizing products and partnerships that share our values to change our industry and the world around us. We are the premiere company in pre-engineered structures. We will lead in innovation, exceptional architecture and design, sustainability, and efficiency.

Bringing Mass Timber to the Masses

Innovative Structures is the only company that is bringing not only the mass timber construction package to a package kit form, reducing timber waste and increasing strength and structural capacity; but with our business structure, we’ve made mass timber attainable and cost effective for smaller residential projects, when it’s usually only feasible for large scale commercial and residential projects.
