A standard package includes all framing materials, a basic window package, GLT stair treads, site specific engineering, 3 sets of building plans/blueprints, and shipping costs.

Yes! We will design this structure to fit your local building department’s criteria starting from flat ground working up.

No, that is best done through your builder. However, our engineers work within your building requirements to make sure the structure meets your local requirements. Taking into account snow, wind, exposure, and seismic needs.

Once we receive your signed agreement, we aim to have fully engineered plans for you in about 4 weeks, with the structure package shipped to you in about 3 months upon final approval of the plans.

No, but that’s only because we want to save you as much money as possible. We don’t want to plan for each of our products to have the most complicated shipping scenarios, just to say it’s included in the costs. We keep shipping as a “pass through expense.” Meaning, what we pay is what you pay. It’s as simple as that.

We require a 10% non refundable deposit which will include the drafting and engineering of your plans. Upon conclusion of the plans, a 40% payment is collected and the final 50% is due 4 weeks prior to your scheduled ship date.
