Each structure in our Spruce Line is developed with traditional architecture in mind. This was originally crafted as a barn and transformed to fit our client’s most sought-after needs by adding an apartment barn and traditional residence, creating an efficient design and engineering process. This structure is scalable in 12’ increments starting at 36’ in length.
